So here is how i re-vamped my old plain black jersey leggings from primark, around £3 when I bought them.
Personally I used Wilko's own brand bleach, its like 60p and works really well, smells so strong tho so becareful to ventilate the room your bleaching your clothes in, and becareful of the clothes your wearing and what is around you. Theres too many times ive managed to get bleach in places I didnt want to !!!
